REFUNDS POLICY

At Gusto Giusto, we aim to provide excellent service and a memorable dining experience. If you’ve paid a deposit or purchased a ticket for a special event, please read our refund terms below:

Deposits
Deposits paid for group bookings or special occasions are generally non-refundable unless cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please contact us directly if you need to discuss a change to your booking.

Event bookings
Tickets or pre-payments for events may be refunded if the event is cancelled by us, or if you cancel more than 72 hours in advance. Within 72 hours, refunds are not guaranteed.

Gift vouchers & merchandise
If we introduce vouchers or retail items, our refund policy will be updated accordingly. Please check this page for the latest information.

Refund process
If a refund is approved, it will be returned via the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for processing.
